Bartz Brigade the Trent Bartz Foundation, is a community based 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization located in York PA. Amidst the tragedy of losing Trent to suicide, hope prevailed and Bartz Brigade was created. Bartz Brigade commemorates Trent’s life and helps others avoid similar tragedies. Bartz Brigade supports the education—prevention—training and raises awareness about mental health and suicide. We help with financial needs, providing the tools needed for a strong—positive mental health. Our emphasis is on the “strong body/strong mind” concept. Our programs focus on school aged children, young adults and veterans. 90% of the funds we raise through events and donations are allocated back into the York County Community.
